We are looking for a talented, focused, results-oriented Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing
o Source candidates as per requirement.
o Attend local professional meetings and other networking events.
o Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
o Utilize the Internet for recruitment- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
o Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
o Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
- Screening
o Conduct prescreening interviews- phone, skype and in-person
o Ability to match prospective candidates to the right opportunities based on technical and personality fit
o Conduct reference checks on all candidates.
- Communications
o Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
- Build relationships
o Maintain regular contact with existing and possible future candidates.
- Transactions
o Negotiates final pay rate and bill rate once an offer has been extended.
o Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Preferred Background:
- 2+ years related experience preferably staffing for IT industry.
- Strong work ethic
- Proven ability to manage multiple positions, submittals of candidates and handle negotiations.
- Team Player- Lead by example to promote a positive and proactive team environment
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS-Office
- Proficient in sourcing techniques including Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree
