Ajay has over 20 years’ experience in the technology industry. He has worked for large companies (Microsoft, Sybase), Services companies (TCML, Ci2i Services, Inc.), Tools (Vermeer), Hardware (PCL) and Media (IndiaHQ). He has been part of 2 successful startups (Vermeer-FrontPage & IndiaHQ).
Ajay has successfully built new businesses inside large enterprises in addition to building new ventures. He has successfully driven multiple M&A transactions, managed large budgets and provided leadership to large teams. He provides strategic guidance, helps in building Strategic/Global alliances, and architecting Product roadmaps. He is very active in supporting startups in the Seattle area and in India- as a consultant, Board Director, and advisor.
Gary Schmidt
Gary Schmidt is the Managing Director for the M2M segment at Ci2i Services.
Gary has been a Senior Business Executive with over 15 years of experience in technology and mobile industry. He brings with him experience in sales/marketing, developing and selling complex global solutions.
Gary Schmidt founded and was Chief Executive Officer of AirCloud, Inc. Before founding AirCloud™, Gary served as Managing Director of Wescom Capital.
Prior to AirCloud™, Gary has held several senior roles at Activate.net which later merged with Loudeye and sold to Nokia. Gary was responsible for developing the sales group and aided in overall marketing efforts and business partnership. He was also responsible for managing the overall sales/marketing objectives and worked with brands such as Sprint, T-Mobile, Microsoft, Google, Apple, AT&T, Verizon, Sony, Universal, BigFish Games, Comcast to name a few.
Earlier to Activate.net/Loudeye Corporation Mr. Schmidt held various roles in telecommunication sales and sales management at Sprint and Qwest Communications.
Steve Berry
Steve Berry is Ci2i’s Vice President of M2M/IoT Technology.
Steve is a pioneering technologist, visionary and business strategist with 25 years of experience in high-tech. He has broad corporate experiences excelling at large companies (Honeywell, International Game Technology, Texas Instruments) & startups (Spectralink, e-Zassi). Steve is actively sought out for articles, consulting, interviews, and speaking engagements by industry groups, clients/partners, financial analysts, and the media.
His passion for technology is rooted in a career that has taken him from electrical engineer designing gadgets for a host of applications and industries to business manager of global semiconductor and SaaS businesses credited with pioneering new paradigms in consumer user experience and IP crowd sourcing. Steve holds a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Monika is a Recruiter at Ci2i Services. Monika enjoys the interpersonal aspects of keeping in touch with individuals throughout the evolution of their consulting and FTE careers. Learning a person’s preferences both personally and professionally over time helps her to assist them in finding the right assignment which makes the most sense for them at every step of their career.
Additionally, Monika attends various industry events annually to keep informed of industry trends and meet face-to-face those with whom she works on an ongoing basis – both as clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Ci2i Services, Inc., she worked as a Recruiter for a large staffing company and for a large China based consulting company.
Outside the office, Monika enjoys hiking, running and spending time with her family.
