Overview
The sky is the limit in automation control with the Ci2i SkyRouter. It is simply the most versatile, feature rich cellular wireless router for commercial and industrial applications.
An ARM 9 processor is at the heart of the SkyRouter’s intelligence – partnered with a large memory footprint, an open Linux operating system makes the SkyRouter hands down the most affordable platform for hosting industry specific applications ranging from home automation, remote irrigation controls to image processing. A variety of software applications are available to drop into a number of installation environments.
Additional digital/analog input/output controls and power relay switches make remote management of any type easy to deploy without the need of back-end server data management system.

The SocketModem® iCell intelligent cellular modems are complete, ready-to-integrate communications devices that offer 2G and 3G, GSM and CDMA performance. These quick-to-market communications devices allows developers to add wireless communication and GPS tracking to products with a minimum of development time and expense. The intelligence of the embedded Universal IP® stack allows for automatic/persistent connectivity for mission-critical applications and enhanced M2M (machine-to-machine) functionality. The SocketModem iCell intelligent cellular modems are based on industry-standard open interfaces and utilizes Multi-Tech’s Universal Socket design.

The SocketModem® EDGE embedded cellular modem delivers enhanced data speeds when compared to GPRS by utilizing EDGE technology. It allows users to connect to the Internet and send and receive data up to three times faster than possible with an ordinary GSM/GPRS network making it ideal for highly data-intensive applications. Based on industry-standard open interfaces, the SocketModem EDGE cellular modem is equipped with quad-band GSM, which means it can be used worldwide on all existing GSM networks. In addition, it utilizes Multi-Tech’s Universal Socket design.

The QuickCarrier™ USB-E embedded USB cellular modems are complete, ready-to-integrate communications devices that offer 2G and 3G cellular connectivity options. These quick-to-market devices combine a network approved cellular SocketModem® and a USB carrier card in one compact design. With its 4-pin USB interface the QuickCarrier USB-E embedded cellular modem cables to an existing device’s internal USB port and can be secured using the four mounting holes located at the corners of its printed circuit board.
